The INFINITY NUTRITION STAFF creates nutritional guidelines and healthy food plans based on a balance between healthy foods, but ones that are also full of flavor.  Food choices should not be based solely on satisfiying our taste buds; rather, foods are how we fuel, nourish, detoxify and cleanse our bodies ... HOWEVER what we eat has to taste good to us or we will eventually stop eating it.  The INFINITY NUTRITION STAFF will give you basic nutritional guidelines to follow based on your specific health and fitness goals.  Each meal and snack option comes with a variety of choices, and will be low-calorie foods that taste DEE-LISH!  These guidelines will help you make the right food choices if you are at home, at a restraurant, in the workplace, or on the go!

We don't do diets ... to us, "diet" is a dirty word ... I should wash my keyboard off with soap for even typing it!!!  We view diets as neither healthy or practical ... just a shortcut which will eventually give you the opposite result you desire.   Instead, our INFINITY NUTRITION STAFF will customize your HEALTHY FOOD PLAN!  A practical and yummy food schedule based on your likes, dislikes, and fitness goals specifically designed for YOU!  If your goal is significant weight loss you will be required to do a food journal.  Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or from Texas we will create a food program for you which you can sustain and adjust for the rest of your healthy and energetic life!  

LIFESTYLE COACHING

One on one private training workout sessions give you the benefit of Joeys' complete focus and energy on YOU! These workouts are customized specifically for you to reach your fitness goals.  All training sessions are full-body workouts, however, private sessions allow Joey to adjust the workout to focus on those areas that you want to focus on!

FRIENDS TRAINING
Do you have a friend you would like to workout with?  ALLLRIGHTY THEN!!! You and a buddy (or buddette) can do Joey's FRIENDS TRAINING workouts together!  This is a great way to save money by splitting the costs with your friend, AND partnering up with a friend is a great way to keep each other motivated and focused on achieving your fitness goals.  Joey will coordinate an interactive workout for the two of you which will be fun and VERY challenging!

GROUP TRAINING
Joey's group training classes are positive, fun, and energetic indoor and outdoor workout sessions. Our group training/bootcamp locations vary from local parks to hiking trails all the way to the beautiful beaches of southern California.  This motivated group of goal-oriented individuals are the perfect way to keep you on track with achieving your fitness goals.  Contact us for group schedule or START YOUR OWN INFINITY GROUP TRAINING/BOOT CAMP ...
Get together 5 motivated friends, co-workers, relatives, spouses, or even people that you have no idea who they are ... and you  have just created an INFINITY GROUP BOOT CAMP!  Another great way to save money while getting an intense fat-burning workout. Start your group then coordinate schedules with Joey ... you need a minimum of 5 people. The cost will be $15 per person.  Each person needs to bring their own mat (yoga mats are fine), towel, and water.  Every boot camp session with more than 10 people means as INFINITY GROUP TRAINING/BOOT CAMP COORDINATOR you workout FOR FREE!!
